Home Rehab Solutions began in 2004 with one goal: Provide a personal approach to Physical Therapy in the comfort of the patient's own home. We bring therapy to the privacy of your home.
As a result of delivering Physical Therapy in the home, there is better compliance, better attendance, better results.
Most of our patients are referred to us by physicians that are looking to provide therapy for their mobility restricted patients. Many patients are referred to us from Home Health Agencies upon completion of Medicare Part A benefits. Other patients are referred to us from outpatient clinics when the patient is unable to find transportation, or is too fatigued to travel.
